COWDRAY HOUSE

Since 2013 Boher Architecture have been working closely with the Cowdray Park Estate providing architecture services on a variety of projects, most notably being the main Cowdray House

Cowdray Park is located on the edge of the historic market town of Midhurst, deep within the heart of the Southdowns National Park, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Cowdray House dates back to late 18th century and has been in the Pearson family home since 1909, with the current 4th Viscount Cowdray being in possession.

Boher Architecture were selected to redevelop this Grade II* listed property over two phases, the first phase being to create 7 luxury apartments contained within the northern wings of the house. The second phase takes the main body of the house and remodelling it to facilitate events and functions whilst still keeping all of the original features of this sensitive building.
