Charcoal burning is a long process time consuming process, the client needed to be able to live and work in the same place. We are passionate about the beauty and value of woodland surroundings, so a green-build, or ecohome, seemed the obvious choice to compliment the surroundings rather than impact upon them.

With no mains services (electricity, gas, or waste removal), we needed to provide alternative means of heating, cooking, and dealing with waste, and in as environmentaly friendly way as possible.
